HONGCHENG, located in Baoding National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales and service of power electronic products and power products into a whole. HONGC HENG has many years of experiences in designing and manufacturing the electrophoretic coating power supply products, technically cooperates with North China Electric Power University,Wuhan University of Science and Technology and other universities, pays attention to new product research and development,keeps up with the latest technology development of electrophoretic power supplies, and manufactures the most reliable power supply products.
Since its establishment, the Company has been down to earth and diligent, has adhered to the market-oriented business philosophy and relied on technology to strengthen the technical cooperation and seek development space. We have established long-term cooperative relations with domestic design institutes and successfully designed and manufactured many electrophoretic products and received honors such as high-quality supplier. With stable-quality products, we have successively passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and the certification from National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Power Electronic Products. We have obtained many national patents for the ”fully independent controller” system firstly designed in China.

MACS module power supply products were successfully upgraded. The Company was awarded “Energy-saving and Green Coating Product Enterprise in 2016” and “Hebei Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise”.

Electrophoretic SCR rectifier and IGBT rectifier successively passed tests from National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Power Electronic Products and Hebei provincial quality testing center.The Company newly launched HC-IR Internet remote monitoring system and has been successfully applied to many projects in Mitsubishi, Dongfeng, Shanghai Automobile Industry Corporation, etc.

The Company passes ISO9001 quality system accreditation. The Company launched HCEAP microcomputer arc light protection device and successfully escorted for the safe operation of the high and low voltage equipment.

IGBT\SCR type MAC small power supply was exhibited in Beijing International Exhibition Center to get the market attention. “An integrated rectification power supply control device” was awarded a national patent.“A novel rectifying circuit form” was awarded a national patent.

The Company became a member of China Surface Engineering Association.The Company successfully developed 1500A energy-saving IGBT power supply, which was successfully started for the first time in Yantai, Shandong Province.

The Company was admitted in University Science Park of the National High-tech Zone and was regarded as a key unit to be trained.“An inverted 35KV overvoltage protector for wind power” was awarded a national patent.
