Yubei Factory of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is the birthplace of Changan autonomous cars and the first autonomous car production base of Changan.
Factory was established in October 2004, covers an area of about 750 mu, construction area of about 255 mu.
The total investment of the factory is 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual designed production capacity is 280,000 units, which has made outstanding contributions to the sales of Chinese brand cars.

今年年初，湖北省生態環境廳發布印刷行業、表面涂裝(汽車制造業)揮發性有機化合物排放標準等3項強制性地方標準的公告,標準實施日期定于2020年7月1日,與《揮發性有機物無組織排放控制標準》(GB 37822- 2019)全面執行日期為同一天。
據最新通知,湖北省新版《表面涂裝(汽車制造業)揮發性有機化合物排放標準》延期執行,將于2021年1月1日起實施。
此標準中首次提出了,“苯系物”和“非甲烷總烴”的特別排放限值控制要求,其指標限值與北京地標一致,屬全國最嚴限值。
標準規定了湖北省表面涂裝(汽車制造業)揮發性有機化合物排放標準控制和監測、生產工藝和管理要求,以及標準的實施與監督要求。
與其他省(市)標準相比,湖北省《表面涂裝標準》主要具有以下特點：
一是考慮到湖北汽車行業分布及臭氧污染防治重點區域,標準中首次提出了”苯系物”和”非甲烷總烴”的特別排放限值控制要求,屬全國最嚴限值。特排限值具體執行時限、范圍由各地級以上市人民政府規定,可滿足全省不同區域對大氣環境管理的差異化需求。
二是本標準充分結合國家《揮發性有機物無組織排放控制標準》( GB 37822- -2019 ),對汽車制造業VOCs無組織排放管控提出了全面要求,進一步提升行業無組織管控水平。
三是針對汽車制造業表面涂裝工序中VOCs產生量較大的罩光漆噴涂工序,系統性提出了尾氣收集及尾氣處理效率的指標要求(工藝尾氣治理設施對非甲烷總烴的處理效率不低于90% ) , 為削減汽車行業VOCs排放明確相關條件。
允許排放濃度具體情況:苯要嚴于廣東、天津、重慶、上海、江蘇、河北、浙江、福建、陜西等省市現行地方標準,甲苯與二甲苯均嚴于廣東、天津、重慶、河北、陜西等省市現行地方標準;苯系物嚴于廣東、重慶、上海、浙江等省市現行地方標準;非甲烷總烴嚴于河北、浙江、福建等省現行地方標準。
據悉,本標準原定實施日期為今年7月1日,鑒于2020年初全球新冠肺炎疫情影響,湖北省大部分汽車企業處于停產狀態,相關企業VOCs治理設施/設備無法實施采購、相關進口設備無法按時到貨安裝。難以在本標準原定的實施日期7月1日前完成提標改造。考慮到全省環境保護工作的實際情況,為促進企業疫后復工復產,經省市場監管局、省生態環境廳研究并報請省人民政府批準,將本標準的實施時間延期至2021年1月1日。

2018年7月2-3日，車身工程系列論壇 Car Body Painting 2018 第六屆汽車車身涂裝工程發展論壇在上海卓美亞喜瑪拉雅酒店圓滿落幕，保定宏誠變流器作為本屆論壇的贊助商之一參與了此次會議，并進行了電泳涂漆安全節能解決新方案——HC-MACS（IGBT模塊電源）應用的演講。

以“智造”來定義自己的零跑汽車日前于杭州舉辦了一場聲勢浩大的合作伙伴大會，并在會上公布了對旗下產品的未來規劃。其中首款主打產品S01定位為兩門四座純電動轎跑車，新車的設計非常獨特，有一股美式肌肉車的味道。其核心的電驅、電控系統將全部由零跑自主研發設計，電池部分使用與特斯拉同規格的18650電池，由比克提供電芯并自行Pack組裝。新車的預計最大續航里程為360km，NEDC工況下為250km。
零跑S01的車身尺寸不大，長寬高分別為：4075*1760*1380mm，軸距2500mm，看起來比較小巧，比較夸張的前臉造型可以讓人非常容易記住它。
新車的配置非常全面，LED大燈、無框車門、運動座椅等非常時尚搶眼。科技配置上同樣不含糊，車內配有兩塊大屏，支持車機互聯、遠程控制、網絡電臺/音樂等。此外，零跑S01量產車型將會達到L2級別的輔助駕駛水準，提供自適應巡航、車道偏離預警、車道保持、防疲勞駕駛等安全配置，未來還將通過軟件升級，達到L3級別。
零跑來自哪里? 要做什么？
零跑汽車成立于2015年，董事長朱江明曾歷任大華股份副總裁、副董事長、杭州摩托羅拉總經理等職務，并直言其更擅長做電子產品。因此零跑這家新生的造車企業也就被深深的烙下了IT風格印記，而在實際的操作過程中，零跑也確實做到了這一點，其旗下所有部門負責人中，除研發、供應鏈兩個與傳統車密不可分的部門外，其他負責人均出身IT企業。

得益于背后處于國際一流安防技術企業大華股份的支持，零跑在車載智能系統、人臉識別系統上具有先天的優勢。以零跑S01為例，車輛將搭載9個攝像頭、12組超聲波雷達、1個毫米波雷達以及HDCVI和深度學習技術。除了我們現在比較熟悉的智能輔助駕駛功能外，S01還可以實現720°的環視影像系統、一鍵自動泊車、人臉識別（通過識別駕駛員的人臉特征，定義車輛的座椅、方向盤位置，以及自動搜尋喜愛的音樂、興趣點等，目前對私車輛可以最多儲存10組人臉記憶）。
